Allied Systems definition

Allied Systems has the meaning specified therefor in the preamble hereto.
Allied Systems. Allied Systems, Ltd. (L.P.), a Georgia limited partnership of which AAGI is the managing general partner and of which any one or more of the Borrower or its wholly-owned Subsidiaries which is a Guarantor is a general partner.
