Examples of PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT in a sentence
DESPITE THE RISKS INVOLVED AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT, I FULLY AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THAT MIGHT BE ASSOCIATED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OR USE OF THE FACILITIES EVEN IF INJURIES, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OCCUR IN A MANNER THAT IS NOT FORESEEABLE AT THE TIME I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT.
If Participant is under 18 years of age, the term “SPORTS INJURIES” means personal injury, bodily injury, death, property damage and/or any other personal or financial injury sustained by Participant as well as personal injury, bodily injury, death, property damage and/or any other personal or financial injury sustained by Participant’s parents or legal guardians, as a result of Participant’s PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT and/or as a result of the administration of any USHPA programs.
If I am the parent or legal guardian of Pilot, I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND REIMBURSE the RELEASED PARTIES for their defense and indemnity from any claim or liability in the event that Pilot suffers SPORTS INJURIES as a result of Pilot’s PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence (whether active or passive) of any of the RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
I AM AWARE THAT THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF INJURY BY THE VERY NATURE OF THE SPORT DUE TO THE PHYSICAL CONTACT INVOLVED, AND I ASSUME ALL RISK RELATING TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF TAEKWONDO AND THE 40th ANNUAL U.
I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF TREKKING HOWSOEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF CAUSED IN WHOLE OR PART BY THE ACTION, INACTION, OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
