PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT definition

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means launching/kiting (and/or assisting another in launching/kiting), flying (whether as pilot in command or otherwise) and/or landing (including, but not limited to, crashing) a hang glider or paraglider.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means launching (and/or assisting another in launching) flying (whether as a pilot or passenger) and/or landing (including, but not limited to crashing) a hang glider orparaglider.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means launching (and/or assisting another in launching), flying (whether as pilot in command or otherwise) and/or landing (including, but not limited to, crashing) a hang glider or paraglider.

• If I am the parent or legal guardian of Pilot, I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND REIMBURSE the RELEASED PARTIES for their defense and indemnity from any claim or liability in the event that Pilot suffers SPORTS INJURIES as a result of Pilot’s PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT, even if caused in whole or in part by the action, inaction or negligence (whether active or passive) of any of the RELEASED PARTIES, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

• I AM AWARE THAT THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF INJURY BY THE VERY NATURE OF THE SPORT DUE TO THE PHYSICAL CONTACT INVOLVED, AND I ASSUME ALL RISK RELATING TO MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF TAEKWONDO AND THE 40th ANNUAL U.

• I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, OF PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF TREKKING HOWSOEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF CAUSED IN WHOLE OR PART BY THE ACTION, INACTION, OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means Preparing for, Taking Off, Flying and/or Landing (including, but not limited to, Crashing) (whether as Member in command or otherwise) (and/or assisting another in Preparing for, Taking Off, Flying and/or Landing), an Ultralight Vehicle.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means engaging in the sport of POWER KITING, and includes all activities involving the setup, use and breakdown of POWER KITING equipment, and further includes the giving or receiving of assistance or instruction in the sport of POWER KITING.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means launching (and/or assisting another in launching), flying (whether as pilot in command or as a passenger in a tandem vehicle) and/or landing (including, but not limited to crashing) an ULV.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means engaging in the sport of Kitesurfing / Kiteboarding, Windsurfing, Kite foiling and/or Wing foiling and includes all activities involving the setup, use and breakdown of the equipment, and further includes the giving or receiving of assistance or instruction in the sport of Kitesurfing / Kiteboarding, Windsurfing, Kite foiling and/or Wing foiling.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means launching/kiting (and/or assisting another in launching/kiting), flying (whether as pilot in command or otherwise) and/or landing (including, but not limited to, crashing) a hang glider or paraglider. A speed wing or mini wing is a form of paraglider.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means learning, launching (and/or assisting another in launching), flying (whether as pilot in command or as a passenger in a tandem vehicle) and/or landing (including, but not limited to crashing) an Ultralight PPG or PG.

PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT means all training activities including launching (and/or assisting another in launching), flying (whether as pilot in command or otherwise) and/or landing (including, but not limited to, crashing) a paraglider.
