Unit Participation definition

Unit Participation means the ratio of the surface acreage of a specific tract in the unit area to the total surface acreage of the unit area as that total surface acreage is specified in paragraph one of the Plan for Unit Operations of this order.
Unit Participation as used herein shall mean the sum of the Tract Participations as shown by Tracts for each Working Interest Owner in Exhibit “C” to the Unit Agreement.
Unit Participation is defined as the sum of the percentages obtained by multiplying the Working Interest of a Working Interest Owner in each Tract having Tract Participation by the Tract Participation of such Tract.

  • Bargaining Unit Participation in the Plan maybe 26 terminated with the approval of the Association and the District.

  • To the extent the Option Units become vested in accordance with Section 3, each Option Unit is intended to provide the Participant with the opportunity to share in the appreciation of the value of a Share in excess of the Option Unit Participation Threshold set forth above based on the terms set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • The Company is not required but shall have the option to execute Non-Bargaining Unit Participation Agreements for participation in the defined benefit and contribution fund, holiday fund and vacation fund on behalf of all regular non-bargaining unit full-time employees of the Company.
