Partial Cash Settlement Valuation Date definition

Partial Cash Settlement Valuation Date means, in respect of an Undeliverable Obligation, the fifth Business Day following the Last Permissible Physical Settlement Date (provided that, in the case of a Partial Cash Settlement Trigger Event under paragraph (iii) of the definition thereof, the Partial Cash Settlement Valuation Date shall be any date selected by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion).
