Part Cargo definition

Part Cargo means a Cargo Delivered on a Vessel such that the volume of the Cargo does not substantially fill the Vessel.
Part Cargo means a quantity of Condensate nominated by the Shipper to be loaded on a vessel together with other Part Cargoes nominated by the Shipper or by another shipper. Part Cargoes will always have the same main Cargo Reference Number.
Part Cargo means when a Cargo is discharged in more than one Discharge Port or received by more than one receiver at the Discharge Port.

Part Cargo means a quantity of Crude Oil under the Contract which is loaded and transported on a Vessel together with other cargo which is bought or sold by Third Parties.

  • Part A Direct Award Criteria

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
