Accused means a person accused of a violation who has not yet entered an Institution’s judicial or conduct process.
Complaint means any formal written complaint raised by a Contracting Body in relation to the performance of this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Contract in accordance with Clause 44 (Complaints Handling and Resolution);
Allegation means any written or oral statement or other indication of possible scholarly misconduct made to an institutional official.
Threat of violence means an unjustified expression of intention to inflict injury or damage that is made by a student and directed to another student.
Threatening behavior means any pattern of behavior or isolated action, whether or not it is directed at another person, that a reasonable person would believe indicates potential for future harm to students, school personnel, or school property.
Product Complaint means any oral, electronic or written communication that alleges deficiencies related to the identity, quality, durability, reliability, safety, effectiveness or performance of a marketed product, including failure of the product, labelling or packaging to meet specifications, whether or not the product is related to or caused the alleged deficiency. A complaint may allege that an Adverse Event or Medical Device Malfunction (as defined herein) has occurred.
Dropout means a school-age student who is served by a public school district and enrolled in any of grades seven through twelve and who does not attend school or withdraws from school for a reason other than death or transfer to another approved school or school district or has been expelled with no option to return.
Complaints means each of the following documents:
Responsive Offeror means the Offeror who submits a Proposal that conforms in all material respects to this Request for Proposals, Instruction to Offerors and the Plans and Specifications which are incorporated herein by this reference.
Responsive means a Proposal that has substantially complied in all material respects with the criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal.
Serious offense means any of the following felonies or a felony attempt to commit any of the following felonies, as now existing or hereafter amended:
Arrest the Ship is arrested, confiscated, seized, taken in execution, impounded, forfeited, detained in exercise or purported exercise of any possessory lien or other claim or otherwise taken from the possession of the Borrower and the Borrower shall fail to procure the release of the Ship within a period of fourteen (14) days thereafter; or
Policy Grievance is defined as a difference between the parties relating to the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement. A policy grievance may be submitted by either party at Step 2 of the grievance procedure. A policy grievance shall be signed by a CLAC Representative and submitted to the Employer. A policy grievance submitted by the Employer shall be signed by the Employer or his representative.
Debarment means an action taken by a Federal agency or official to exclude a person or business entity from participating in transactions involving certain federal funds.
serious offence means: (a) a crime or offence involving the death of a person; (b) a sex-related offence or a crime, including sexual assault (whether against an adult or child); child pornography, or an indecent act involving a child; (c) fraud, money laundering, insider dealing or any other financial offence or crime, including those under legislation relating to companies, banking, insurance or other financial services; or (d) an attempt to commit a crime or offence described in (a) to (c);
Environmental Complaint shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.19(d) hereof.
offence means an act or omission punishable by law;
Citation means any summons, complaint, summons and complaint, ticket, penalty assessment, or other official document issued to a person by a wildlife officer or other peace officer for a wildlife violation which contains an order requiring the person to respond.
Most serious offense means any of the following felonies
Adverse reaction means an unexpected outcome that threatens the health or safety of a patient as a result of a medical service, nursing service, or health-related service provided to the patient.
Intimidating, threatening, abusive, or harming conduct means, but is not limited to, conduct that does the following:
Complainant means an individual who is alleged to be the victim of conduct that could constitute sexual harassment.
Responsive Offer or means an offer which conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in the request for proposals. Material respects of a request for proposals include, but are not limited to price, quality, quantity or delivery requirements.
Juvenile offender means any juvenile who has been found by
