Examples of serious offence in a sentence
These are broadly categorized into Minor Offence and Serious Offence.
Australia Post may also terminate this Agreement on reasonable notice (which need be no more than thirty (30) days) if the Licensee is convicted of an indictable offence or other crime which substantially impairs the goodwill or reputation of Australia Post, and which offence is not a Serious Offence.
Serious Record a conviction or any finding of guilt regarding a Serious Offence.
Serious Offence (a) a crime or offence involving the death of a person; (b) a sex-related offence or a crime, including sexual assault (whether against an adult or child); child pornography, or an indecent act involving a child; (c) fraud, money laundering, insider dealing or any other financial offence or crime, including those under legislation relating to companies, banking, insurance or other financial services; or (d) an attempt to commit a crime or offence described in (a) to (c).
Any form of cyberbullying, directed at any member of the community, including staff, will still be dealt with as a Serious Offence.
