Accused definition

Accused means a person accused of a violation who has not yet entered an Institution’s judicial or conduct process.
Accused means an employee or employer of an organization against whom complaint has been made under this Act;
Accused means a person who has been arrested for committing a criminal offense and who is held for an initial appearance or other proceeding before trial.

Accused means Accused Student or Accused Group.
