Threat of violence definition

Threat of violence means an unjustified expression of intention to inflict injury or damage that is made by a student and directed to another student.
Threat of violence means a written, verbal, electronic, or behavioral message that, either explicitly or implicitly, communicates the intent to inflict, or cause to be inflicted, physical harm to persons or property.
Threat of violence means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5-107.
