Outage Election definition

Outage Election means Seller's election during any Cover Period either to provide Replacement Power or cause to be provided Substitute Power in accordance with Section 4.7.3.

  • If Seller is able to resume delivery of Electric Energy before any Outage Election is made, Seller may do so immediately without waiting until the top of the next hour, if it can be scheduled by Buyer on such short notice.
