Other Mineral Products definition

Other Mineral Products means all minerals mined or extracted primarily for values derived from their content of minerals other than for Products, in the form of ores, mine waters, leachates, pregnant liquors, pregnant slurries, concentrated slurries, precipitates, whether in dry or slurry state, concentrates, or products beneficiated, upgraded or refined further than concentrates, and whether occurring in intimate depositional relationship with uranium and recovered as secondary values during the mining, extraction, processing, or treatment of Products.

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.
