Mineral Products definition

Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

Mineral Products means the products derived from operating the Claim as a mine;

Mineral Products means minerals derived for the account of the individual Participants from operating the Property as a mine to which has been applied the least number of treatments or processes necessary to render the minerals into a substance or state for which there is a commercially significant market, either within or outside North America, of arm’s length sales or purchases between unrelated parties;

More Definitions of Mineral Products

Mineral Products means all ores, concentrates, minerals and refined or semi-refined products, produced from the Properties;

Mineral Products means minerals in any raw or processed form, bricks, dressed stone, rock aggregates, chips, ballast, stone dust, sand, or any product to be prepared from minerals without involving any chemical changes;

Mineral Products means things produced and prepared in a marketable state by simple treatment processes such as washing or drying, but without undergoing any chemical change or process or manufacturing by the lessee, concessionaire or owner of mineral lands.

Mineral Products means all Ores produced from the Premises which are sold, processed, or refined for their Mineral content and all products derived from such processing or refining including, without limitation, doré bullion, precipitates, and concentrates of Minerals.

Mineral Products means any end products derived or produced from operating any part of the Properties as a Mine and all marketable products obtained after the Mining thereof.
