Other Meeting Date definition

Other Meeting Date means an annual meeting date that is outside a period that commences 30 days before the first anniversary date of the preceding year’s annual meeting of stockholders and ends 30 days after the first anniversary date of the preceding year’s annual meeting of stockholders.

  • Meeting Date means the date of the Meeting;
