Other Existing Investors means funds and/or related entities managed by Affiliates of Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and funds and/or related entities managed by Strategic Value Partners, LLC or its Affiliates that are shareholders of the Company as of the date of this Agreement.

Examples of Other Existing Investors in a sentence

  • The Company acknowledges that each of the Investors and the Other Existing Investors has been provided with the same transaction documents for the purpose of closing a transaction with multiple Persons and not because it was required or requested to do so by any Person.

  • Lead Investors means collectively, BlackRock, GSO, Magnetar and, solely for purposes of Section 2.02(b), Investment Partners V (II), LLC.

  • PIPE Investors means those certain investors participating in the PIPE Investment pursuant to the Subscription Agreements.
