17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The 17g-5 Information Provider’s Internet website, which shall initially be located within the Certificate Administrator’s Website (xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), under the “NRSRO” tab on the page relating to this transaction.
Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website The website established and maintained by the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider pursuant to Section 12.06 and Section 12.13 of this Agreement, initially located at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, under the “NRSRO” tab for the related transaction.
17g-5 Website is defined in Section 10.18(a) of the Indenture.
Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.
Rating Agencies Information Website The internet website with respect to the Notes, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, access to which is limited to the Rating Agencies and NRSROs who have been provided access.
Rating Agency Information means any information provided for the purpose of (a) determining the initial credit rating for the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics of the Receivables and the legal structure of the Offered Notes, and (b) undertaking credit rating surveillance on the Offered Notes, including information about the characteristics and performance of the Receivables.
NRSRO Certification A certification executed by a NRSRO in favor of the Issuer and the Information Agent that states that such NRSRO has provided the Issuer with the appropriate certifications under Exchange Act Rule 17g-5(a)(3)(iii)(B) and that such NRSRO has access to the 17g-5 Website.
Website means the City of Tulsa’s website for the Purchasing Division: www.cityoftulsapurchasing.org.
Certificate Administrator’s Website The internet website of the Certificate Administrator, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
NRSRO A nationally recognized statistical rating organization within the meaning of Section 3(a)(62) of the Exchange Act.
Information Agent The meaning specified in Section 14.16.
Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.
XXXXX Administrator’s Website means the Bank of England’s website, currently at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx, or any successor source for the Sterling Overnight Index Average identified as such by the XXXXX Administrator from time to time.
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.
Certificate Administrator means the certificate administrator appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.
FRBNY’s Website means the website of the FRBNY at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or any successor source.
Electronic and Information Resources means information resources, including information resources technologies, and any equipment or interconnected system of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, duplication, or delivery of data or information. The term includes telephones and other telecommunications products, information kiosks, transaction machines, Internet websites, multimedia resources, and office equipment, including copy machines and fax machines.

CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
Rule 144A Information means the information specified pursuant to Rule 144A(d)(4) of the Securities Act (or any successor provision thereto).
Certificate Administrator Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Certificate Administrator who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Certificate Administrator under this Agreement.
