Rule 144A Information definition

Rule 144A Information means the information specified pursuant to Rule 144A(d)(4) of the Securities Act (or any successor provision thereto).
Rule 144A Information shall be such information as is specified pursuant to Rule 144A(d)(4) under the Securities Act.

  • The Depositor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the requested Rule 144A Information to the Certificate Administrator, to the extent the requested Rule 144A Information is in the Depositor’s possession.
