Ephemeral stream means a feature that carries only stormwater in direct response to precipitation with water flowing only during and shortly after large precipitation events. An ephemeral stream may or may not have a well-defined channel, the aquatic bed is always above the water table, and stormwater runoff is the primary source of water. An ephemeral stream typically lacks the biological, hydrological, and physical characteristics commonly associated with the continuous or intermittent conveyance of water.
Tobacco paraphernalia means any item designed for the consumption, use, or preparation of Tobacco Products.
Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.
Assistive technology device means any item, piece of equipment, or product system that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capacities of a child with a disability.
Enamel means a coat of colored material, usually opaque, that is applied as a protective topcoat over a basecoat, primer, or a previously applied enamel coat. In some cases, another finishing material may be applied as a topcoat over the enamel.
Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.

business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.
Flexible vinyl adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond flexible vinyl to substrates. Flexible vinyl means a nonrigid polyvinyl chloride plastic with at least five percent, by weight, of plasticizer content. A plasticizer is a material, such as a high boiling point organic solvent, that is incorporated into a vinyl to increase its flexibility, workability, or distensibility, and may be determined using ASTM Method E260-91 or from product formulation data.
