Originating Site District definition

Originating Site District shall be defined as the location where the teacher responsible for the Telecommunication Class is located.
Originating Site District refers to a district in which teleinstructional teaching assignments are located and which transmits K-12 instruction to CCITES remote site districts during the regular K-12 instructional day.
