Original Series A Issue Date definition

Original Series A Issue Date means the date of June 20, 2014.

Original Series A Issue Date means the date of August 27, 2015.

• At any time commencing five (5) years after the Original Series A Issue Date, if a Qualified Public Offering has not been consummated, any holder of Series A Preference Shares may, upon written request to the Company (a “Redemption Notice”), require that the Company redeem some or all of such holder’s then outstanding Series A Preference Shares, in accordance with the following terms.
