Examples of Series A Preferred Share in a sentence
In any matter in which the holders of Series A Preferred Shares are entitled to vote, each such holder shall have the right to one vote for each Series A Preferred Share held by such holder.
For purposes of determining any rights of the holders of Series A Preferred Shares to vote on any matter or the number of shares required to constitute a quorum, whether such right is created by this Statement of Preferences, by the other provisions of the Governing Documents, by statute or otherwise, any Series A Preferred Share which is not Outstanding shall not be counted.
