Original Invested Capital definition

Original Invested Capital. The amount in cash Contributed to the capital of the Company by the Unit Holders and the Managers, if any such Manager Contributions are made.
Original Invested Capital means the amount in cash contributed by each Partner to the capital of the Fund for his interest in the Fund, which amount shall be attributed to Units in the hands of a subsequent Holder.
Original Invested Capital means the original gross purchase price of the Units contributed by each Member to the capital of the Fund for his interest in the Fund, which amount shall be attributed to Units in the hands of a subsequent Holder.

Original Invested Capital means the amount of Capital originally contributed to the Partnership by the Partners as set forth in Sections 4.01 and 4.02 hereof.

The foregoing definition of Adjusted Capital Account Balance is intended to comply with the provisions of Treasury Regulations Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(ii)(d) and shall be interpreted consistently therewith.

  • Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance on such date of determination.

  • Initial Invested Amount means the sum of the Class A Initial Invested Amount and the Class B Initial Invested Amount.

  • Investment Amount means the dollar amount to be invested by Investor to purchase Put Shares with respect to any Put as notified by the Company to Investor in accordance with Section 2.2.

  • Committed Capital means $20,837,637.00 for 14,129,250 Class A Capital Units to be issued with respect to Members receiving Class A Capital Units in the Reorganization, and, with respect to any additional Members, the purchase price of the Capital Units subscribed for in any subsequent offering pursuant to a subscription agreement that has been accepted by the Company, regardless of whether such purchase price has been fully paid.

  • Book Capital Account means, for any Holder at any time, the Book Capital Account of the Holder for such day, determined in accordance with Section 8.1 hereof.
