Original Exercise Price definition

Original Exercise Price means, in respect of any share of Common Stock, $1.00 per share.
Original Exercise Price means the original exercise price per EnCana Common Share of the EnCana Option.
Original Exercise Price means, with respect to any Initial Class B Common Unit, the amount set forth opposite such Initial Class B Common Unit on the books and records of the Company.

  • The Warrant shall contain a provision pursuant to which the Original Exercise Price shall be adjusted to the price per share (the “IPO Exercise Price”) at which the Company issues common stock in the Company’s first underwritten public offering occurring within six (6) months following the date of the Initial Closing, if such price per share in the underwritten public offering is lower than the Original Exercise Price set forth herein, subject to adjustment as set forth in the Warrant.
