Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Agreement, the Administrator may be removed with or without cause at any time by and in the sole discretion of the Organizer.
The Administrator may resign at any time upon ten (10) days’ prior written notice to the Members and the Organizer.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organizer may elect to pay the Platform Fees.
