Ordinary Director definition

Ordinary Director means a Director elected by the Individual Members. It does not include the President, First Vice-President, Second Vice-President, Treasurer or immediate Past President.
Ordinary Director means a Director elected pursuant to clause 10.3 to bring the perspectives of the Members represented by the Region(s) within the Ordinary Director’s respective Board Electoral Zone.

Ordinary Director has the meaning given to that term in Section 6.1(f) of this Agreement.
