Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.
Project Proposal is the final and written description of the Project as described in Exhibit A, to be undertaken by Sub-recipient for which the Project Funds is granted and performance is required and monitored pursuant to this PFA.
Project Proponent means the individual or organization that has overall control and responsibility for the Project, or an individual or organization that together with others, each of which is also a Project Proponent, has overall control or responsibility for the Project. The entity(s) that can demonstrate Project Ownership in respect of the Project. For the avoidance of doubt where an individual executes this Representation in their capacity as an authorized office holder of the company who is the Project Proponent, this Representation is made by the company, not the authorized office holder;
Available Space means the balance of the rentable square footage in the Building not already included as part of the Premises, which is not occupied by a tenant or which is occupied by an existing tenant whose lease is expiring within 6 months or less and such tenant does not wish to renew (whether or not such tenant has a right to renew) its occupancy of such space. If there is any Available Space in the Building, Landlord shall, at such time as Landlord shall elect so long as Tenant’s rights hereunder are preserved, deliver to Tenant written notice (the “Expansion Notice”) of such Available Space, together with the terms and conditions on which Landlord is prepared to lease Tenant such Available Space; provided that Base Rent shall be at the Market Rate (as defined in Section 40(a) below) for such Available Space. Tenant shall be entitled to exercise its right under this Section 39(a) only with respect to the entire Available Space described in such Expansion Notice (“Identified Available Space”). Tenant shall have 5 business days following delivery of the Expansion Notice to deliver to Landlord written notification of Tenant’s exercise of the Expansion Right with respect to the Identified Available Space (“Exercise Notice”). Tenant shall be entitled to lease such Identified Available Space upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Expansion Notice. If Landlord and Tenant are unable to agree on the Market Rate for the Available Space after negotiating in good faith within 5 days after Tenant’s delivery of an Exercise Notice, the applicable Market Rate will be determined through arbitration in accordance with Section 40(b). Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, if Tenant has delivered an Exercise Notice pursuant to this Section 39(a), Tenant shall have no right thereafter to rescind or elect not to lease the Available Space. Tenant acknowledges that the Term of the Lease with respect to the Identified Available Space may not be co-terminous with the Term of the Lease with respect to the original Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to exercise the Expansion Right and the provisions of this Section 39(a) shall no longer apply after the date that is 9 months prior to the expiration of the Base Term if Tenant has not exercised its Extension Right pursuant to Section 40. If Tenant fails to deliver an Exercise Notice to Landlord for the Identified Available Space within the required 5 business day period, Tenant shall be deemed to have forever waived its rights under this Section 39(a) to lease the Identified Available Space, and Landlord shall have the right to lease the Identified Available Space to any third party on any terms and conditions acceptable to Landlord.
Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
New Project means (a) each facility or operating location which is either a new facility, location or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, location or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.
Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.
Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;
Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.
Feasibility Study means a comprehensive study of a deposit in which all geological, engineering, operating, economic and other relevant factors are considered in sufficient detail that it could reasonably serve as the basis for a final decision by a financial institution to finance the development of the deposit for mineral production;
Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
Design-build team means an entity that consists of:
Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;
Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.
Proposed permit means a VSMP permit prepared after the close of the public comment period (and, when applicable, any public hearing and administrative appeals) that is sent to EPA for review before final issuance. A proposed permit is not a draft permit.
Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.
Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
Project Architect means the professional architect or engineer employed by the Owner as architect or engineer of record for the Project and its consultants.
Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
Major project means a project comprising of a series of works, activities or services which is intended, in itself, to accomplish a definite and indivisible task of a precise economic or technical nature, which has clearly identified goals and whose total cost exceeds that which is specified in the Framework Agreement;
Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
approved proposal means a proposal approved or deemed to be approved under this Agreement;
