Order 1000 Eligible Project definition

Order 1000 Eligible Project means an Order 1000 Proposed Project that is identified as described in section 5.1 of Appendix A as an Order 1000 Eligible Project.

Examples of Order 1000 Eligible Project in a sentence

  • All requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is not selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project shall be deemed withdrawn.

  • An Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project may not be requested pursuant to this section 5.2 if an Order 1000 Cost Allocation has been previously requested pursuant to this section 5.2 for such Order 1000 Eligible Project and such request has not been withdrawn.

  • Any request for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project submitted after the applicable foregoing deadline is not timely and will not be considered.

  • All requests for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project but for which the Benefit to Cost Ratio for such Order 1000 Project is determined pursuant to section 6.3.2 of this Appendix A to be less than 1.25 shall be deemed withdrawn.

  • An Order 1000 Enrolled Party(ies) or ITP Proponent(s) that requests Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project in accordance with this section 5.2 may withdraw its request for such Order 1000 Cost Allocation at any time (including after such Order 1000 Eligible Project has been selected by ColumbiaGrid as an Order 1000 Project).

  • In the event that more than one Order 1000 Enrolled Party or ITP Proponent has requested Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project, and it is an Order 1000 Project, so long as at least one such party’s request has not been withdrawn, and if no agreement on implementation has been reached in accordance with section 5.4 of this Appendix A, ColumbiaGrid shall apply the Order 1000 Cost Allocation Methodology to such Order 1000 Project in accordance with section 6 of this Appendix A.

  • Any request for an Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project shall be submitted in writing to ColumbiaGrid.

  • If at any time ColumbiaGrid determines that changes in conditions make a Plan Update appropriate with respect to any Order 1000 Need, ITP, Order 1000 Proposed Project, Order 1000 Eligible Project, or Order 1000 Project, prior to the adoption of the next Biennial Plan in order for there to be sufficient lead time for implementation, Staff shall develop and the Board shall consider for adoption, a Plan Update of the then-current Plan to address such conditions.

  • In determining whether or not to so confirm an Order 1000 Eligible Project, the Board shall consider the factors as described in section 2.3 of this Appendix A, including assessment of any Order 1000 Material Adverse Impact of such proposed solution on any transmission system and the mitigation thereof.

  • A request for Order 1000 Cost Allocation for an Order 1000 Eligible Project that is an ITP must include a request for Interregional Cost Allocation for such ITP in accordance with sections 7.5.1 and 8.4 of this Appendix A.

Related to Order 1000 Eligible Project

  • Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:

  • Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.

  • Maximum allowable residential density means the density allowed under the zoning ordinance and land use element of the general plan, or if a range of density is permitted, means the maximum allowable density for the specific zoning range and land use element of the general plan applicable to the project. Where the density allowed under the zoning ordinance is inconsistent with the density allowed under the land use element of the general plan, the general plan density shall prevail.

  • Finished Lots means, Entitled Land (i) that has been legally subdivided for the construction of Housing Units, (ii) that has been graded substantially in accordance with all grading plans approved by the applicable agencies and contains level building pads (except for any fine or precise grading to be completed immediately prior to vertical construction), (iii) that has all water, sewer, electrical and other utility services for planned residences installed and stubbed to the lot behind the sidewalk, (iv) that has all storm drain, sewer, curb, gutter, sidewalk and pavement for public access constructed and installed, except for any final lift of the streets and lateral connections to Housing Units, (v) that has all property corners surveyed and marked and any required survey monumentation installed, and (vi) with respect to which all applicable development fees (including, without limitation, school and development impact fees) that are required to be paid prior to obtaining a building permit have been paid other than building permit and plan check fees. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the term “Finished Lot” shall not include any Land upon which the construction of a Housing Unit has commenced.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Subproject means a development activity proposed by a Beneficiary under Part A.2 (d) of the Project and financed or to be financed through a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) made out of the proceeds of the Development Credit;

  • Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—

  • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • On-premise beer retailer means a beer retailer who is:

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Continuous Improvement Plan means a plan for improving the provision of the Goods and/or Services and/or reducing the Charges produced by the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 12 (Continuous Improvement and Benchmarking);

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.

  • Maximum allowable cost list means a list of drugs for

  • Automatic tabulating equipment means apparatus that automatically examines

  • Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Maximum Applied Water Allowance (MAWA) means the upper limit of annual applied water for the established landscaped area as specified in Section 492.4. It is based upon the area's reference evapotranspiration, the ET Adjustment Factor, and the size of the landscape area. The Estimated Total Water Use shall not exceed the Maximum Applied Water Allowance.
