Operating Company Group definition

Operating Company Group when used with reference to an Operating Company, means such Operating Company, each Investment Vehicle that owns, directly or indirectly, Equity Interests of such Operating Company and each other Operating Company Equity Interests of which are owned, directly or indirectly, by any such Investment Vehicle.
Operating Company Group is defined in the recitals.
Operating Company Group means the Borrower and each other Subsidiary of the Borrower other than any Immaterial Subsidiary and, for the avoidance of doubt, the term Operating Company Group shall include Puget Western, Inc.; “Operating Company Group Member” means any member of the Operating Company Group.

Related to Operating Company Group

  • Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.
