OnQ Aerosol Generator Manufacturing Facility definition

OnQ Aerosol Generator Manufacturing Facility means the facility at which manufacture and assembly of OnQ Aerosol Generators is conducted, which shall either be the facility being used as of the Effective Date, or such other location and facility as established by mutual agreement of the Parties pursuant to Section 3.8.

  • Following the Effective Date, and provided that Aerogen terminates its obligations under the lease to the current OnQ Aerosol Generator Manufacturing Facility, Aerogen and MIA shall mutually negotiate with appropriate third parties in an effort to secure a new location for the OnQ Aerosol Generator Manufacturing Facility.

  • Manufacturing Facility means buildings and structures, including machinery and equipment, the primary purpose of which is or will be the manufacture of tangible goods or materials or the processing of such goods or materials by physical or chemical change.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Original equipment manufacturer means a company that manufactures products that it has designed from purchased components and sells those products under the company's brand name.

  • Water supply system means a water distribution system, piping, connection fittings, valves and appurtenances within a building, structure, or premises. Water supply systems are also referred to commonly as premise plumbing systems.
