Omni Securities Filings means Omni’s Annual Report on Form 10-KSB and its quarterly reports on Form 10-QSB, and all other reports filed and to be filed with the Commission prior to the Effective Time.

  • Exchange Registration Statement shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(a) hereof.
