Parent SEC Documents definition

Parent SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

Parent SEC Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.7 hereof.

• As of the entry into this Agreement: (i) neither Parent nor any of its officers has received notice from any Governmental Entity challenging or questioning the accuracy, completeness, form or manner of filing of such certifications; (ii) there are no outstanding or unresolved comments received by Parent from the SEC with respect to any of the Parent SEC Documents; and (iii) to the knowledge of Parent, none of the Parent SEC Documents is the subject of ongoing SEC review or investigation.

More Definitions of Parent SEC Documents

Parent SEC Documents means all reports, schedules, forms, statements, prospectuses, registration statements and other documents required to be filed or furnished by Parent to the SEC since January 1, 2014, together with any exhibits and schedules thereto and other information incorporated therein.
