Parent SEC Documents definition

Parent SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).
Parent SEC Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.7 hereof.

  • Parent’s most recent financial statements included in the Parent SEC Documents reflect an adequate reserve (in accordance with GAAP) for all Taxes payable by Parent and its Subsidiaries through the date of such financial statements.

  • Neither Parent nor any of its Subsidiaries has incurred any liability for Taxes outside of the Ordinary Course of Business or otherwise inconsistent with past practice since the date of Parent’s most recent financial statements included in the Parent SEC Documents.

More Definitions of Parent SEC Documents

Parent SEC Documents means all forms, reports, statements, certifications and other documents filed by Parent with the SEC since January 1, 2017 and prior to the date hereof.
