Old Rights Plan definition

Old Rights Plan means the Debtor’s Rights Agreement dated December 10, 1998, as amended, and all rights issued thereunder, all of which are to be deemed cancelled pursuant to this Plan on the day preceding the Effective Date.
Old Rights Plan means the shareholder rights plan of the Company approved by the Board in March, 2006.
