Office of the Essential Services Commission means the State Government of Victoria’s Independent Economic Regulator of Essential Services.

Essential Services means the following services: HVAC service, water, sewer and electricity, but in each case only to the extent that Landlord has an obligation to provide same to Tenant under this Lease. Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;
Personal care services means both physical assis- tance and/or prompting and supervising the performance of direct personal care tasks as determined by the resident's needs and does not include assistance with tasks performed by a licensed health professional.
Appropriate office of the State employment service system means the local office of the federal-state national system or public employment offices with assigned responsibility for serving the area where the employment opening is to be filled, including the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
essential service means furnishing water, light, heat, gas, electric power, public passenger transportation or commu- nication, or any one or more of them, to the public in this state.
Home health care services means medical and nonmedical services, provided to ill, disabled or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include homemaker services, assistance with activities of daily living and respite care services.
Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.
Public Service Commission means the Public Service Commission constituted under this Constitution;
Health care services means services for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, cure, or relief of a health condition, illness, injury, or disease.
Special Services means all forms of services pertaining
Central Contracts and Legal Services means the DSHS central headquarters contracting office, or successor section or office.
Residential service means water service provided for domestic or irrigation purposes in a residential area and is not considered a commercial service.
Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
