OFFERED NOTE TRUST DEED definition

OFFERED NOTE TRUST DEED means the Offered Note Trust Deed to be dated on or after the date of this Deed and on or prior to the Closing Date and made between the Trustee, the Manager and the Offered Note Trustee.
OFFERED NOTE TRUST DEED means the Offered Note Trust Deed dated on or about the date of this Confirmation between Party B, the Manager and the Relevant Note Trustee.
