The Bonds shall bear interest at a rate or rates of interest (not exceeding 5.25% per maturity per annum) and shall be sold at such all as set forth in the Bond Purchase Agreement.
After their execution and authentication by the Paying Agent, the Bonds shall be delivered to the Purchaser as provided in the Bond Purchase Agreement.

The Bonds shall be subject to optional and mandatory redemption as shall be set forth in the Bond Purchase Agreement.
