Bond Purchase Agreement definition

Bond Purchase Agreement means a Bond Purchase Agreement, dated as of the sale of the Series KK-2019 Bonds, entered into by and between KUB and the Underwriter, in substantially the form of the document attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to such changes as permitted by Section 9 hereof, as approved by the President and Chief Executive Officer of KUB, consistent with the terms of this resolution;
Bond Purchase Agreement means the Bond Purchase Agreement between the City and the Original Purchaser, as it may be modified from the form on file with the Clerk of Council and signed by the City Manager and the Fiscal Officer in accordance with Section 6.
Bond Purchase Agreement means the Bond Purchase Agreement, dated [ ], 2021, among the Underwriter, the Issuer and the Borrower.

More Definitions of Bond Purchase Agreement

Bond Purchase Agreement means the Bond Purchase Agreement between the District and the Underwriter, under which the Underwriter agrees to purchase the Refunding Bonds and pay the purchase price therefor.
