Odorisation Facilities Owner definition

Odorisation Facilities Owner means the owner of Odorisation Facilities as set out in ICA Schedule One; Odorisation Fee means the odorisation fees referred to as such in ICA Schedule One (including as amended, updated or added to pursuant to this Agreement) or determined and notified by First Gas in accordance with section 11 or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement (as applicable);
