Schedule One means the list of public improvements and segments of public improvements that is attached to, and made part of, this Exhibit I.

• On any redemption or payment of an instalment or interest being made in respect of, or purchase and cancellation of, any of the Notes represented by this Global Note details of such redemption, payment or purchase and cancellation (as the case may be) shall be entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in Schedule One hereto and the relevant space in Schedule One hereto recording any such redemption, payment or purchase and cancellation (as the case may be) shall be signed by or on behalf of the Issuer.

• The nominal amount from time to time of this Global Note and of the Notes represented by this Global Note following any such redemption, payment of an instalment or purchase and cancellation as aforesaid or any exchange as referred to below shall be the nominal amount most recently entered in the relevant column in Part II, III or IV of Schedule One hereto or in Schedule Two hereto.

• Subject to anything expressed or implied to the contrary in this Sponsorship Agreement, this Sponsorship Agreement relates specifically to the Event as described in item 1 of Schedule One.

• The fee payable for a Podcast commission shall be in accordance with Schedule One, Clause 4 covering the Writer’s remuneration for Podcast exploitation for a period of 5 years from first being made available as a podcast.
