Odorisation Fee definition

Odorisation Fee means the fee referred to in Schedule One and determined in accordance with section 11; OBA Charges has the meaning set out in section 11.10;
Odorisation Fee means the odorisation fees referred to as such in ICA Schedule One (including as amended, updated or added to pursuant to this Agreement) or determined and notified by First Gas in accordance with section 11 or otherwise in accordance with this Agreement (as applicable);
Odorisation Fee means the fee referred to in Schedule One and determined in accordance with section 11; Operational Flow Order or OFO means a notice issued by First Gas pursuant to 9.7; Party means each of First Gas and the Interconnected Party and Parties means them collectively; Physical MHQ means the Hourly energy equivalent of the Maximum Design Flow Rate of a Receipt Point, as set out in Schedule One; Pipeline means: in relation to First Gas, that part of the Transmission System which connects to a Receipt Point; and in relation to the Interconnected Party, the high-pressure pipeline that conveys Gas to a Receipt Point; Reasonable and Prudent Operator or RPO means, in relation to the performance of obligations under this Agreement, the application by the relevant Party of that degree of diligence, prudence and foresight reasonably and ordinarily exercised by experienced operators engaged in the same line of business under the same or similar circumstances and conditions having due consideration to the interests of the other users of the Transmission System;

  • If it elects to own Odorisation Facilities, and recover its costs to design, construct, operate and maintain them via a separate Odorisation Fee payable by the Interconnected Party, First Gas may determine that fee (and any associated Termination Fee) as described in this section 11.

Related to Odorisation Fee

  • Concession Fee for a particular month shall mean the higher of the following:

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Licence Fee : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;

  • Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.

  • Connection Fee means a fee charged by a local entity to pay for the costs of

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Licence Fees means the fees payable by you under this Agreement to us excluding VAT and all other relevant taxes, where applicable, as detailed by us from time to time including through our website, as part of a written quotation or renewal;

  • Sewage sludge fee weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, excluding admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Annual sewage sludge fees, as per section 3745.11(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code, are based on the reported sludge fee weight for the most recent calendar year.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Joint Fee Letter means the Joint Fee Letter, dated July 20, 2021, among the Borrowers, Citibank, Bank of America, JPMorgan, and certain of the Arrangers.

  • Carriage Fee means any fee payable by a Broadcaster to the DPO only for the purpose of carrying its television channels through the DPO’s network, without, specifying the placement of such channels onto a specific position in the Electronic Programme Guide or, seeking assignment of a particular number to such channels;

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.

  • Mandatory Guest Fee means any separate fee that a patron or guest is charged for in addition to the base room rate for a guest room, including but not limited to resort fees, facility fees, destination fees, amenity fees, urban destination fees, or any other similar fee. Mandatory Guest Fees do not include employee gratuities, state or local mandatory taxes, and other tax-like fees and assessments that are levied on a stay, as determined by us, that are passed through to a third party (such as tourism public improvement district fees, tourism or improvement assessments, and convention center fees).

  • Utilization Fee has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b).

  • Break-Up Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b)

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report.  Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner. The Administration Fee includes items such as the preparation of this Lease Contract and related Documents, setting up your account ledger and other time, costs and expenses associated with the processing of this Lease Contract. The Administration Fee will be refunded to you ONLY if: i) an Exclusive Bed Space cannot be leased to you, ii) your Application is not approved by Owner, or iii) you withdraw your Application within 72 hours after signing the Application (pursuant to the terms of the Application). Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;

  • Origination Fee means any origination fee payable to the Department by the lender with respect to any Trust Student Loan.

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Work-out Fee means a fee payable with respect to any Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan), Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note, equal to the product of (x) 1.0% and (y) the amount of each collection of interest (other than default interest and any Excess Interest) and principal received (including any Condemnation Proceeds received and applied as a collection of such interest and principal) on such Mortgage Loan, Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan or B Note for so long as it remains a Rehabilitated Mortgage Loan.

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;
