  • NYPA shall report in a timely manner to the ISO and to Interested Parties, via the NYPA Exploder List, any corrections or modifications to its Financial Report, that affect the past or present implementation of the Formula Rate, whether such corrections or modifications have the effect of increasing or decreasing the resulting transmission rates.
