Nutrition Educator means one who communicates scientific nutrition information to individuals and/or groups and who provides information on food sources of nutrients to meet normal nutrition need based on the most current "Recommended Dietary Allowances" of the Food and Nutrition Board, National Academy of Sciences, National Research Council.
