Members who have received the Notice of AGM, Annual Report and Attendance Slip in electronic mode are requested to print the Attendance Slip and submit a duly filled in Attendance Slip at the registration counter to attend the AGM.
Physical copy of the Notice of AGM, Annual Report and Attendance Slip are being sent to those Members who have not registered their e-mail IDs with the Company or Depository Participant(s).
A copy of the New Articles marked up to show the proposed changes is available for inspection at www.flutter.com/investors/shareholder-information/agm/ and at Flutter’s registered office, from the date of the Notice of AGM until and including the date of the AGM and will also be available at the AGM for at least one hour before, and for the duration of, the AGM.
