Non-Qualifying Option definition

Non-Qualifying Option means an Option which is not eligible for the deduction pursuant to paragraph 110(1)(d) of the ITA;
Non-Qualifying Option means an option to purchase Stock in the Company that does not qualify as an ISO.
Non-Qualifying Option means an option to acquire Common Stock under this UK Plan which does not satisfy the requirements of Schedule 5;

More Definitions of Non-Qualifying Option

Non-Qualifying Option means any Option, other than an Incentive Stock Option, granted pursuant to the Plan to purchase Shares.
