UK Plan definition

UK Plan means the Viskase Limited Pension Plan.
UK Plan means the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Network Systems Ltd. Pension and Life Assurance Scheme.
UK Plan means the Kenhar Products Limited Pension Scheme operated by the Company for the majority of its employees in the U.K.

More Definitions of UK Plan

UK Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(a).
UK Plan means the Rolls-Royce UK Sharesave Plan; and
UK Plan means any Company Benefit Plan or Seller Benefit Plan in which UK resident Company Employees have acquired, or are entitled to acquire securities (or interests in securities) of Seller.
UK Plan means the nash_elmo U.K. Limited Retirement ------- Benefits Scheme.
UK Plan means any arrangement for the provision of relevant benefits (as defined in Section 612(1) of the Taxes Act excluding the words "or to be given on or in anticipation of or in connection with any change in the nature of the service of the employee in question" in lines 3 and 4 of that definition, under which any employee or former employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has any present or future right to benefits and under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has any present or future liability.
UK Plan means all of the benefit plans and policies maintained on behalf of each UK Employee including, permanent health insurance, life cover, private medical insurance, the Savings-Related Share Option Scheme and the ICT Pension Scheme;
UK Plan means the Rockwood UK Retirement Plan.
