Non-COC Period definition

Non-COC Period means the number of months set forth on Exhibit A that applies to the Executive’s Participation Tier in respect of a termination of Executive’s employment under Section 1 of this Policy.

Related to Non-COC Period

  • CIC Period means the period beginning on the date an event that constitutes a Change in Control occurs and ending on the first anniversary of such date.

  • Non-Competition Period means the period beginning at the end of the Term and ending one (1) year after the end of the Term.

  • Non-Compete Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending twelve months after the earlier of the expiration of the Employment Period or the Executive’s Date of Termination.

  • Non-Compete Term means in the case of termination for any reason, the period from the Effective Date to the date ending 2 years following the date of termination.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending eighteen months after the Date of Termination;

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Stated Termination Date means December 31, 2000.

  • Term Expiration Date means the earlier of (i) the date that is thirty (30) years after the Term Commencement Date; provided that if such date occurs within an NFL Season or within thirty (30) days following an NFL Season, such date shall be automatically extended to the date that is thirty (30) days following the end of such NFL Season, as applicable, or (ii) the date on which the Stadium Lease is terminated pursuant to the express rights and terms of the Stadium Lease.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • transitional period means the period of time beginning on the

  • Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.

  • Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).

  • Tail Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(b).

  • Non-Call Period has the meaning set forth under the definition of “Specific Redemption Provisions.”

  • L/C Expiration Date means the day that is thirty days prior to the Maturity Date then in effect (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day).

  • Closing Period means the period between the close of business on the date of this Agreement and the Closing.

  • Coverage Period means the time period specified on the Declarations Page beginning on the effective date and ending on the expiration date. All dates are as of 12:01 AM in the time zone of the Policyholder.

  • Non-CAAF means personnel who are not designated as CAAF, such as local national (LN) employees and non-LN employees who are permanent residents in the operational area or third-country nationals not routinely residing with U.S. Armed Forces (and third-country national expatriates who are permanent residents in the operational area) who perform support functions away from the close proximity of, and do not reside with, U.S. Armed Forces. Government-furnished support to non-CAAF is typically limited to force protection, emergency medical care, and basic human needs (e.g., bottled water, latrine facilities, security, and food when necessary) when performing their jobs in the direct vicinity of U.S. Armed Forces. Non-CAAF status does not apply to contractor personnel in support of applicable operations within the boundaries and territories of the United States.

  • Cure Expiration Date has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).

  • Delivery Period Termination Date Has the meaning specified in the Related Pass Through Trust Supplement.

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).

  • Lock-up Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through the close of trading on the date that is 90 days after the date of the Prospectus (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).
