Negotiated Trade definition

Negotiated Trade means off market transaction and such transaction shall be carried out as per the Central Depository rules.
Negotiated Trade means (i) a Benchmark trade, including, but not limited to, a Volume-Weighted Average Price trade or a Time-Weighted Average Price trade, provided that,if such a trade is composed of two or more component trades, each component trade complies with the quoting and trading increment requirements of the Plan, or with an exception to such requirements, or (ii) a Pilot Qualified Contingent Trade.
Negotiated Trade means a privately negotiated transaction effected through the means of a national securities exchange or over-the-counter market in which the identity of the purchasing counterparty (other than any underwriter or similar intermediary) is known to Lavazza, unless such purchasing counterparty is an “Eligible Financial Institution” as defined in Section 8(b).

Examples of Negotiated Trade in a sentence

  • The entire balance of the Negotiated Trade Order shall be executed against the committed counterparty’s side of the Negotiated Trade Order via the trade matching system.

  • A Negotiated Trade Order must be entered on the Platform with the Order size, limit price, buy or sell indication, and committed counterparty.

  • In such cases, no Contract will be formed and the Bilaterally Negotiated Trade may be renegotiated at the discretion of the parties.

  • Where price controls are in place and a Bilaterally Negotiated Trade falls outside of the price control, the Exchange may refuse to accept the Trade.

  • The decision of the Exchange as to whether to accept or reject a Bilaterally Negotiated Trade shall be final.

  • Where relevant, parties to a Bilaterally Negotiated Trade must promptly confirm their participation in the Bilaterally Negotiated Trade to facilitate a timely acceptance.

  • On receiving a request from a Member Firm to cancel a Bilaterally Negotiated Trade, the Exchange will contact the other Counterparty and request that the Trade be cancelled if in the opinion of the Exchange there are legitimate grounds for doing so.

  • The counterparty to the transaction must then approve the terms via the Company Telecommunication Systems before the Negotiated Trade Order is executed via the trade matching system.

  • Should the Counterparty not agree, that will be taken into account in the Exchange’s determination as to whether to cancel the Bilaterally Negotiated Trade.

Related to Negotiated Trade

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.

  • Integrated Development Plan means a plan formulated and approved as envisaged in Section 25 of the Municipal Systems Act 2000, as amended.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Mixed use development means a Building used, designed or intended for Residential and Non-Residential uses, where:

All Confidential Information and all Employee Developments shall remain the sole property of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The Employee shall acquire no proprietary interest in any Confidential Information or Employee Developments developed or acquired during the Term. To the extent the Employee may, by operation of law or otherwise, acquire any right, title or interest in or to any Confidential Information or Employee Development, the Employee hereby assigns to the Company all such proprietary rights. The Employee shall, both during and after the Term, upon the Company’s request, promptly execute and deliver to the Company all such assignments, certificates and instruments, and shall promptly perform such other acts, as the Company may from time to time in its discretion deem necessary or desirable to evidence, establish, maintain, perfect, enforce or defend the Company’s rights in Confidential Information and Employee Developments.

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Assistive technology means the devices, aids, controls, supplies, or appliances described in OAR 411-300-0150 that are purchased to provide support for a child and replace the need for direct interventions to enable self-direction of care and maximize independence of the child.

  • Collaborative practice agreement means a written agreement

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, multi-apartment buildings, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.

  • Development Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
