MPUD means the Tree Farm MPUD as set forth in Ordinance 07-54, as amended by Petition No. PDI-PL20140000640, and as amended by Collier County Hearing Examiner Decision HEX 2015-42 and 2018-12 and as further amended by Ordinance 20-03, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.
