All drainage improvements necessary to serve the Project will be provided by the DEVELOPER in accordance with the terms and conditions of the DO, the MPUD Master Planned Unit Development, this DA, the COUNTY'S approved construction plans, and satisfaction of all County, State, and Federal regulations.
