Moody's Group II Countries definition

Moody's Group II Countries means Germany, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland (or such other countries as may be specified in publicly available published criteria from Moody's from time to time and/or identified by Moody's to the Collateral Manager and the Collateral Administrator from time to time).
Moody's Group II Countries means such countries as are determined from time to time by Moody’s which, as of the date hereof, are Germany, Sweden and Switzerland.
Moody's Group II Countries means the "Moody's Group II Countries," (or such other countries identified as such by Moody’s in a press release, written criteria or other public announcement from time to time or as may be notified by Moody's to the Asset Manager from time to time), which as of the date hereof are Germany, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland.

  • Group II Country Germany, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland.

  • Group III Country Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Norway.

  • Group I Country means Australia, The Netherlands, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

  • Loan Group III The group of Mortgage Loans identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule as having been assigned to Loan Group III.

  • Group II Stepdown Date The later to occur of (i) the Distribution Date in [Month/Year] or (ii) the first Distribution Date on which (A) the Group II Class A Certificate Principal Balance (reduced by the Group II Principal Funds with respect to such Distribution Date) is less than or equal to (B) ___% of the Stated Principal Balances of the Group II Mortgage Loans plus the Pre-Funded Amount allocable to Loan Group II, in each case, as of such Distribution Date.

  • Loan Group Balance As to each Loan Group, the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans at the time of determination.

  • Overcollateralized Group As defined in Section 4.03.

  • Participating Countries means, collectively, all such countries.”
