Moody’s First Trigger Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of
Moody’s First Trigger Credit Support Amount means, (A) for any Valuation Date on which the Threshold in respect of Party A is zero and on which (A) a Moody’s Collateralization Event has occurred and has been continuing (x) for at least 30 Local Business Days or (y) since this Annex was executed and (B) (i) no Moody’s Ratings Event has occurred and is continuing or (ii) less than 30 Local Business Days have elapsed since the last time no Moody’s Ratings Event had occurred and was continuing, an amount equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the sum of the Secured Party’s aggregate Exposure for all Transactions and the aggregate of Moody’s Additional Collateralized Amounts for each Transaction; or (B) for any other Valuation Date, zero.
Moody’s First Trigger Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of (I)(A) for any Valuation Date on which (I) the Second Rating Trigger Requirements do not apply or (II) less than 30 Local Business Days have elapsed since the last time the Second Rating Trigger Requirements did not apply, an amount equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the sum of Party B’s aggregate Exposure for all Transactions and the aggregate of Moody’s Additional Collateralized Amounts for each Transaction. For the purposes of this definition, the “Moody’s Additional Collateralized Amount” with respect to any Transaction shall mean the product of the applicable Moody’s First Trigger Factor set forth in Table A and the Notional Amount for such Transaction for the Calculation Period which includes such Valuation Date; or

  • Credit Support Depletion Date The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.

  • Ratings Spread means, with respect to an SRP Calculation Period, the percentage per annum set forth below opposite the highest applicable credit rating assigned to the VRDP Shares, unless the lowest applicable rating is below A3/A-, in which case the Ratings Spread shall mean the percentage per annum set forth below opposite the lowest applicable credit rating assigned to the VRDP Shares by Moody’s, Fitch or any Other Rating Agency, in each case rating the VRDP Shares at the request of the Fund, on the SRP Calculation Date for such SRP Calculation Period:

  • Approved Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Approved Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold.
