Money Market Mutual Funds definition

Money Market Mutual Funds means a kind of mutual fund that invests only in highly liquid instruments such as cash, cash equivalent securities, and high credit rating debt-based securities with a short-term, maturity—less than 13 months;
Money Market Mutual Funds means a mutual fund that meets the conditions of 17 Code of Federal Regulations Par. 270.2a-7, under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (15 U.S.C. §80a-1 et seq.), as amended, or renumbered.
Money Market Mutual Funds means a mutual fund which maintains a constant share price regardless of market fluctuations, and which has an average maturity for its entire portfolio of one year or less.
