Modified Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that has been the subject of a Servicing Modification.
Modified Version of the Document means any work containing the Document or a portion of it, either copied verbatim, or with modifications and/or translated into another language.

Qualified Mortgage A Mortgage Loan that is a “qualified mortgage” within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(3) (but without regard to the rule of Treasury Regulations Section 1.860G-2(f)(2) that causes a defective Mortgage Loan to be treated as a “qualified mortgage”, or any substantially similar successor provision).
Lithified earth material means all rock, including all naturally occurring and naturally formed aggregates or masses of minerals or small particles of older rock that formed by crystallization of magma or by induration of loose sediments. This term does not include man-made materials, such as fill, concrete, and asphalt, or unconsolidated earth materials, soil, or regolith lying at or near the earth surface.
Maximum horizontal acceleration in lithified earth material means the maximum expected horizontal acceleration depicted on a seismic hazard map, with a 90 percent or greater probability that the acceleration will not be exceeded in 250 years, or the maximum expected horizontal acceleration based on a site-specific seismic risk assessment.
High Quality Short-Term Debt Instrument means any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and which is rated in one of the highest two rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Agency (Moody’s and S&P).
Permitted Lock-Up Agreement means an agreement between a Person and one or more holders of Voting Shares pursuant to which such holders (each a “Locked-Up Person”) agree to deposit or tender Voting Shares to a Take-Over Bid (the “Lock-Up Bid”) made or to be made by such Person or any of such Person’s Affiliates or Associates or any other Person with which such Person is acting jointly or in concert, provided that:
Servicing Modification Any reduction of the interest rate on or the outstanding principal balance of a Mortgage Loan, any extension of the final maturity date of a Mortgage Loan, and any increase to the outstanding principal balance of a Mortgage Loan by adding to the Stated Principal Balance unpaid principal and interest and other amounts owing under the Mortgage Loan, in each case pursuant to a modification of a Mortgage Loan that is in default, or for which, in the judgment of the Master Servicer, default is reasonably foreseeable in accordance with Section 3.07(a).
Required Modification shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.
Specified Materials means the basic materials required on the Site for the execution and completion of Works, which shall include fuel and lubricants; cement; aggregates; steel reinforcement; timber and gravel.
Significant Modification As defined in Section 3.25.

Modified adjusted gross income means “federal adjusted gross income”:

Modified or related words shall have meanings correlative thereto.

Developed with mixed funding means development was accomplished partially with costs charged to indirect cost pools and/or costs not allocated to a government contract, and partially with costs charged directly to a government contract.
Erroneous Payment Deficiency Assignment has the meaning assigned to it in Section 14.14(d).
Significant deficiency means a shortcoming in the system that materially affects the ability of officials of the Department of Defense to rely upon information produced by the system that is needed for management purposes.
