Required Modification definition
Required Modification shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease.
Required Modification means any alteration or modification of a Portfolio Railcar required by the AAR, the FRA, the United States Department of Transportation or any other United States or state governmental agency or any other applicable law (including without limitation, the laws of Mexico, Canada or any of their respective states and territories (as applicable)) and required by such entity as a condition of continued use or operation of such Railcar in interchange.
Required Modification is defined in Section 10.1 of the Master Lease.

On the first Determination Date after the completion of any Required Modification, if any Capital Contribution was made in connection with such Required Modification, the Administrator shall allocate all amounts then remaining on deposit in the Expense Account in respect of such Required Modification to the Member.
